Definitions

The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy Declaration:

• Application / App: means the software programs Icon Packs/Wallpaper Apps (from GSeth) Downloaded by You on any electronic device.
• Application Store / App Store: means the digital distribution service operated by Google Inc. (Google Play Store) through which the Application has been downloaded.
• We, Us or Our: in this Agreement refers to GSeth Apps.
• Country: refers to: India
• Device: means any device that can access the GSeth Apps on a computer, a cellphone, a digital tablet or any electronic devices capable of downloading / loading / using any of the apps by GSeth.
• In App Purchases: refers to the services or access to the Service offered on a purchases in app from the respective GSeth Apps.
• Terms and Conditions / Terms of Service: (also referred as "Terms") mean these Terms and Conditions that form the entire agreement between You and GSeth Designs regarding the use of the Service.
• You / User: means the individual accessing or using the Service by GSeth Designs or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service by GSeth Designs as applicable.

Privacy Commitment

This privacy statement is created to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. The Privacy Policy details if any of your personal information is collected and processed by GSeth Apps when you use the mobile application downloaded from Google Play Store.

Sign – In using Google Account for In-App Purchases

To use In App Purchases for Priority Icon Request we need you to sign into Google Account. This enables you to:

• Purchase the number of Priority Request Icons.
• Get an email confirmation from our side regarding the purchase along with further instructions and allows you to stay in communication via email with us till the priority request is fullilled.

Data Collected when you Google Sign In for Priority Request Icons

When you Google Sign in within Priority Icon Request the following data is collected and store on our database server at https://eseth.net:

• Google Sign In Name
• Google SIgn In Email ID

Data Collected During Google Sign In and when you make an in-app purchase in Priority Request Icons

When you Google Sign in Priority Icon Request and make an in app purchase the following data is collected and store on our database server at https://eseth.net:

• Google Sign In Name
• Google Sign In Email ID
• Google Play Order ID

Data Collection during Google Sign in for Priority Request Reasons

We Need the above data so our server can send you the priority request order confirmation via email to which you need to reply so we can proceed with the prioprity icon request. The Google play Order id also helps us to cross verify the order for processing the priority request and / or for refunds.

Data Collection Deletions

You can always send an email to mail@gseth.com to check if your data has been collected or not. Data is collected only when Your Google Sign in and / or use in app purchase after google sign in within the Priority Icon Request section. You can request data to be deleted by simply sending us an email to mail@gseth.com and stating the same.

Crash Reporting, Analysis and App Performance

We do not use any third-party integration besides Google Play Services and Google Firebase Crashlytics to collect app usage data or crash analytics. We only use the Android Vitals & Firebase Craslytics which help us understand and analyse Android app performance. Android Vitals & Crashlytics provides us with the following information regarding crashes in the app:

• Crash Log with the time of crash
• App Version
• Android Version
• Device

We do not get any personal information in the ANRs (application not responding) & Crashes provided by Android Vitals. Permissions

GSeth Apps uses no permissions and does not require any permissions for it to function. We are following strict Google Play policies regarding your privacy and adhering to the same rules and regulations set forth.

Discord Community

We have a third-party link in-app termed as “Community”. It redirects you to our Discord Server. We use discord to communicate with the community. Joining our discord community is optional.
